I Don’t want to work…Do you?

I Don’t want to work…Do you?

Do you get what I mean, given the quote that I placed to assist this blog post. I am going to assume that you do. But, if you do not get me allow me to explain. I am not saying this because I want to be a college student forever, live with my parents and have no INDEPENDENCE. I am saying this because I am not looking forward to a life where I work unfulfilling jobs. I want a career and I’m sure you do too. Not only one that excels financially but also gives plenty of wealth and nourishment to your personal and mental state of being.

This all starts with you knowing what you want to do and for many people of all ages they have not one clue. I mean if you really think about you do know. Think back to when you were younger and you used to tell people what you wanted to be; that is usually subconsciously what you still want to do.  Whether it was a teacher, ballerina, astronaut or a dragon slayer. There is a way to accomplish all of these dream jobs, even the dragon slayer. It all comes down to you doing some critical thinking and DIGGING DEEP as to why this career was your ideal choice back then. Once you figure that out you can combine that knowledge with your passions and skills to form your perfect job.

Let’s break down the dragon slayer for example. You might have wanted to be a DRAGON SLAYER because you thought dragons were mean and bad or you thought that they destroyed things. Now to alter this into something that could be a job for this century and more realistic. The dragon could be a symbol for criminals in the mean and bad scenario, or even something that harms the environment like pollutants in the second scenario. You could even look at the dragon as a disease and you are searching for a cure. Do you see what I did there?  The more imaginative your dream job was as a kid the more possibilities it could come to in this process. Once you add in the passions and skills it will build up the perfect job and honestly once you find that out you should do it. I truly believe that it will make you fell even more accomplished with your job.

I know for me personally I am all over the place with what I want to do and that was exactly how I was as a kid. My dream job was to be a singer that acted and designed her own clothes. I was trying to be a total 3 in 1. I basically still am today but in a whole different aspect. The underlying meaning of this post is TO DO WHAT YOU LOVE AND LOVE WHAT YOU DO and to always keep the younger you alive. ❤

The Comfort Zone

The Comfort Zone

Some of us, myself included become intimidated with change or if things don’t go as planned. We all have to realize that some things are out of our control. That does not mean that we should just go with the flow. We have to break down the walls and barriers that interfere with what we want to accomplish. If we do not even try we will never achieve the greatness that we are all capable of.

The quote that I chose for today is me trying to show that even in the most powerful and positive words you can still find the negative, which can make you question the power of the word itself. There is no need to question it because it will always be there no matter what. The self doubt within you will try to highlight the negativity and try to talk you out of doing great things. Look in the mirror and tell yourself that You will be great, You will do great and that You will achieve greatness.

Even as I am writing this for you all today I am trying to figure out for myself what will my greatness be and what great thing will I do today. Make everyday great because we are lucky to be alive, so make today, tomorrow and everyday count. You want to leave a legacy and tell a story in your life that can inspire at least one person. That will help change that one persons life and start a cycle of uplifting and empowering people. We need more of that than anything and I know that we can do it. So go out and break down that wall my Beauties of Greatness.

MONEY, MONEY, MONEY

MONEY, MONEY, MONEY

We always hear about how it takes money to make money and today that finally clicked in my head. Like really clicked. I always understood it, but now it has resonated with me, my outlook on life and my goals. That saying and this quote “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results” go hand in hand to me because it is insane to invest in yourself without any type of profit. Whether that profit is money or knowledge or recognition is up to you but it is all the same in that matter or results. Now to the story.

I was just getting out of the shower, where I do my best thinking, and BAM it hit me like a train. I realized that literally every job requires money to make money. Any job that requires a college degree of any kind obviously cost money because as we know college is not cheap. Then we have the “typical” jobs that do not require a degree do require gas money and possibly other fees. Also, we can not leave out Direct sales jobs and YouTube. Direct Sales requires a start-up cost plus the other 60% to 75% of your sales that goes back into the company, and YouTube you have to pay for nice equipment so that you can make quality videos and 45% of your earnings goes right back to YouTube. These examples show you that the statement is accurate no matter what job field you are in.

This will and has taken effect into my life by the following reasons; I took out student loans, I have to travel for my job now, I am about to work for a Direct Sales Company and I want to run a business one day, which is start-up cost and most likely an investors percentage. When I look at that little short list all I see is $$$. Now there is no problem with that nor is there a problem in investing money into your career. The problem would be if you do not get a payout from your “investment.” Then that would be another form of insanity to me. WHY……? Well because if we are investing all of this money to get nothing in return nor any actual improvement then we are crazy. Like I said at the start of this post it is crazy not to receive some type of “profit” for your investment. Most people do not go to college because they love school. They go that they can get a well-paying job later. Now if they do not get said job then what was it all for. Even if they do get the job; how long will it take before you have earned back what your education cost in the first place?

Most people do not go to college because they love school. They go so that they can get a well-paying job later and because that is seen as what we are supposed to do . Now if they do not get said job then what was it all for. Even if they do get the job; how long will it take before you have earned back what your education cost in the first place? In 99% of these cases, knowledge is power. You know what knowledge can come at the rare price of free or a least a whole lot less than $30,000. So what is it that I am saying to you? I am saying that the “normal” way does not have to be your way. Invest in yourself whatever way you like and whatever way you feel would be most profitable to you. Do not go around wasting your money and/or time in something that will not make you better in any way that matters to you.

Me personally after this I am going to reevaluate my goals and how I want to go about reaching them. More than likely it will not be the cookie cutter because I am not cookie cutter. I did not put MISFIT in the blog’s name because I thought that I was normal and was a follower. No, I will write my own rule book to how my life will go and then an autobiography about how it all worked and guess what? You can do the same too; if you want.

TTYL my CONFIDENT RAVING BEAUTIES. Let me know what you think about the post please and thank you. ❤
